Can I make my own flight arrangements?

Yes! If you'd prefer to meet us in Chicago, you can at a $300 reduction in the package price. That will be reflected in your final payment amount.

Is this trip appropriate for my kid?

While this trip is primarily designed for those who are 18+, we know it can be an amazing opportunity to make memories together with your family. Children over 13 are welcome, but will need to remain with you at all times. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions.

How much physical exertion will this trip involve?

Guests must be able to: keep up with the group and follow the daily schedule as planned, carry and manage their own luggage, and navigate accommodations, venues, and activity locations independently. This trip is designed for travelers who are  comfortable with a moderate amount of activity. You should be prepared to walk slightly longer distances, navigate some uneven terrain, climb stairs, and tolerate periods of standing.   

When will I get the final itinerary?

Game times will be confirmed in mid-January and we'll provide a more detailed daily schedule then. Flight and other logistics information will be provided 90 days in advance of departure when your balance is due.

Book now and you'll be invoiced $1,000 for a deposit to hold your spot on the trip. Your balance will be due March 30.
