You will receive an invoice for payment of your $500 deposit that is due within 15 days of your booking. Payment for the balance in full is due 90 days before the first date of your tour.

Cancellation:

• If you cancel more than 90 days in advance of the first date of your tour, you may transfer your full deposit to any other available tour or receive a $250 cash refund.
• Cancellations between receipt of your payment for the balance in full and 45 days will be refunded 50%. If available, we will work with you to transfer your payment to another tour. 
• Cancellations within 45 days of the first date of your tour are not guaranteed any refund, but will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us right away if you need to cancel.
