Cancellation:

• If you cancel more than 90 days in advance of the start of your tour, you may transfer your full deposit to any other available tour or receive a $500 cash refund.
• Cancellations between receipt of your payment for the balance in full and 45 days will be refunded 50%. If available, we will work with you to transfer your payment to another tour. 
• Cancellations within 45 days of the start of your tour are not guaranteed any refund, but will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us right away if you need to cancel.

We strongly encourage you to consider travel insurance to protect you in case health or other issues prevent you from being able to join your tour.
