What's included in the hop run experience?

All of our hotel accommodations are at least three stars. Most properties are full-service Marriott or Hilton brands, though we have a few favorite local hotels along the way. If you have specific accommodation needs, just let us know!

We're glad to try to match up folks who are interested in double occupancy accommodations but don't have a travel buddy. You can reserve your spot by paying the deposit for double occupancy now and request a roommate. We'll do our best to pair you up with someone, and if we can't, we'll gladly refund your payment in full. Feel free to email with specific questions. And hey... talk it up with your friends. You cant be the only person you know who recognizes a great time when you see it!

Part of the fun of minor league baseball is the unique experience different ballparks offer. Each tour includes at least one night in a suite and we generally will sit in the lower bowl behind home plate. We'll mix in a group seating area (have you ever watched a game from an Adirondack chair set up around a fire pit before?) and different food service options in the ballparks where that creates a fun experience!

We follow each team/stadium's policy. Most teams enable us to provide a full refund if the game is washed out. 

We've worked hard to create itineraries that don't require many legs beyond two hours at a time. There are a few routes that have longer stretches, but we've built break times into those schedules!

If you don't have a travel partner, but are willing to be share a double occupancy room with someone else, let us know! We'll make every effort to find a you a good match. If your request can't be honored, we'll give you a full refund.

If you're not a drinker but want to join for one of the tours, we're glad to work with you to make sure it's a great experience and you're not paying for beer you aren't drinking. Just email us and we can discuss options!
